Clarity. Validation. Language for What You've Always Known.
Getting a diagnosis—or even just an answer—can be a deeply personal process. Especially if you’ve gone through life being misunderstood, dismissed, or told that what you’re feeling “isn’t that serious.”
I offer psychological testing for Autism, ADHD, and other diagnostic questions, with a focus on people who are often overlooked: Black folks, people of color, women, queer and trans folks, and others whose neurodivergence doesn’t fit the outdated mold.
This is testing that respects your story, not just your symptoms.
Adults and adolescents (ages 12+)
People who suspect they may be autistic or have ADHD
Folks who’ve been misdiagnosed or undiagnosed, especially BIPOC, women, and LGBTQ+ individuals
Those seeking diagnostic clarity around mood, anxiety, trauma, or learning differences
Individuals looking for accommodations (school, work, standardized testing) or simply self-understanding
Autism Evaluations (Masking-informed, neurodiversity-affirming)
ADHD Assessments (Includes inattention, executive functioning, and emotional regulation)
Diagnostic Clarification (When you’re unsure if what you’re experiencing is trauma, neurodivergence, mood-related—or something else)
Written Reports for Accommodations or Personal Use
Initial Consultation (15-minutes)
We’ll meet for a brief conversation to understand what you’re looking for and whether testing is the right next step.
Comprehensive Clinical Interview (60-90 mins)
I’ll get to know your history, experiences, and current concerns. This includes developmental background, school/work history, and how you experience the world today.
Testing Sessions (3-5 hours)
You’ll complete a mix of structured tasks and questionnaires. Everything is done with care and at your pace.
Feedback Session (60 minutes)
We’ll go over the results together. I’ll explain the findings in plain language, answer your questions, and offer next steps that make sense for you.
Written Report
You’ll receive a detailed, strengths-based report that includes diagnostic impressions, helpful recommendations, and optional language for accommodations.
For many of my clients, testing is not just about getting a label—it’s about naming something they’ve always felt but never had words for. It can be emotional. It can be validating. And it can be the beginning of a deeper kind of self-understanding.
You deserve a process that sees the full picture—not one that tries to fit you into a narrow box.
