Affirming Therapy and Testing
Recovery from Imposter Syndrome
No Code Switching Required
I am a licensed psychologist based in Philadelphia. I know firsthand that navigating life in a world that was not built with you in mind can be exhausting. If you’re Black, neurodivergent, or hold other marginalized identities, you may be carrying weight that others can’t see—but you feel it every day.
This is a space where your experience is not only acknowledged but centered. I offer individual therapy to help you reconnect with your sense of self, explore your emotions safely, and build tools for navigating a world that often misunderstands you.
I also provide psychological testing and diagnostic clarification for Autism, ADHD, and other concerns—especially for people who have had difficulty accessing accurate, affirming diagnoses in the past.
Whether you're seeking healing, answers, or simply a place where you don’t have to explain the basics of who you are, I’m here to walk alongside you.
You’ve been navigating systems that weren’t built for you—and it’s taken a toll. Maybe you’re tired of feeling misunderstood, overwhelmed, or like you have to explain your existence before you can even start healing.
Here, you don’t have to explain the basics. I provide therapy and psychological assessment grounded in cultural awareness, neurodiversity-affirming practices, and real respect for your lived experience.
Whether you’re exploring identity, coping with anxiety, burnout, or trauma, or seeking clarity through an autism or ADHD evaluation, I’m here to support you—without judgment, without assumptions, and without rushing your process.

What I Offer
Individual Therapy
For adults and teens who are ready to explore what healing looks like on their own terms. I work especially with people who are Black, neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, or otherwise navigating marginalization.
Psychological Testing
Clear, affirming evaluations for Autism, ADHD, and other diagnostic questions. Especially helpful for folks who may have been overlooked or misdiagnosed in the past.
You deserve a space that sees the whole you—not just your symptoms.
Let’s start there.
